Open to all fencers with current USFA or FIE membership for the 2003-2004 season. All equipment and uniforms must conform to current USFA regulations. All fencers are required to show their USFA or FIE card at registration. If you are unable to do so you will be required to fill out a membership application to be held until confirmation can be made with the USFA.
Awards: 1st through 8th place in each event. Prize (cash or "in kind" awards in accordance with USFA rules) will be awarded if the event reaches the following status:

**Women may fence in the Open event Entry Gratis, provided they fence in the Women's event for that weapon. ($25 per event entry fee covers both Women's and Open events if competing in both.)
